Lisa joined the VFW Auxiliary in Southern California, in October 2018 under the eligibility of her  husband, SFC Paul Rashley (a 27 year Army Veteran).  Lisa made "All State President” her first year as Auxiliary President and then moved up into the Department of California District 3 as Jr. Vice, then Sr. Vice President. Lisa has held all program chairmanships at the auxiliary level and district level.  After living on the West Coast for over 30 years, Lisa and her husband moved back home to Ohio.  Lisa attended her first Ohio District meeting in 2021 during their annual officer elections, and was elected Department of Ohio District 1 Sr. Vice President, then moved up to District 1 President for the 2022-2023 Term - earning the "Outstanding District President" award.  This will be Lisa's 2nd consecutive term as D1 President. 

 

Lisa's career field in Nevada, was Hotel Software Project Manager, trainer and casino software security.  Lisa's stepson is active Army and stationed in Alaska.  They have two grandsons (Carter & Joseph). She and her husband have 3 beagle fur babies (Mya, Isabelle and Grace).
